On Deck was born in Miami three years ago, founded by Jack Ohle, a lifelong DJ and entrepreneur raised on Nashville music and built for Miami nights. Today, Jack leads a fully staffed team of fifteen, bringing the same standard to every booking: show up prepared, read the room, and make it a night nobody forgets.
